Michael and his team are simply amazing and check every box one might be looking for in a contractor/remodeler. From the very first day, he was punctual and courteous. He brought to the table a lot of great ideas, listened to what we were looking for and was able to adapt to our design. He was very engaged in the planning process and patient as we went through various design changes. He has a very good sense of quality and aesthetics and was always making great suggestions based on his experience. Between us, we did not need to work with an interior designer. Then came time to execute, we were truly impressed by his timeliness and the quality of his work. His team does not cut corners and will redo things until they come out perfect. He communicated clearly when the plan changed and was very upfront about what each job would entail. His estimates were spot-on and there were no surprises - which is rare in this business. He is very honest, dependable, and stuck to the timeline even though we were under tight time constraints. He was also flexible when we needed to make a few changes once the work started.
